Out trained Tenancy Consultants can help you to understand your rights and responsibilities as a tenant and will guide you through any issues you are having. 

Let us help you with:

• free confidential telephone advice
• face to face consultations by appointment
• advice and representation at the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal for eligible tenants
• referrals to other community services to assist with related issues

We also provide a range of written resources such as Tenancy Fact Sheets and sample letters to assist.

Our free services are available to all residential tenants living in and around Bathurst, Orange, Wagga Wagga, Albury and Queanbeyan. We also provide outreach to cover all residential tenancies in South West NSW.
