Financial Counselling

Funded by the Financial Counselling Industry Fund (FCIF) through the Financial Counselling to Vulnerable Private Tenants program, our service prioritises support for private tenants experiencing financial hardship while remaining available to all eligible clients across NSW.

Depending on your circumstances, support may include

Budgeting and money plans
Debt management
Advocacy and negotiation with creditors
Hardship applications
Service referrals
Information and advice regarding credit and bankruptcy

Face-to-face appointments are available by appointment in Bathurst and Orange, with telephone and virtual appointments available across NSW.
