This training is subsidised by the New South Wales Government. Please ask us about your eligibility for the ACE Community Service Obligation program funding.
What will you learn?
The skills and knowledge to work in a café/food outlet. This hands on practical course will give you experience in a commercial setting and you will learn how to prepare and serve espresso, how to serve customers and clean a hospitality environment.
On successful completion, you will be issued a Statement of Attendance in:
- SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for safe food handling
- SITHFAB005 Prepare and serve espresso coffee
For non accredited units you will receive a Statement of Attainment in Food Preparation Skills and Cafe Skills.
Five full day training sessions 9.00am – 5.00pm
$440 GST Free
The fine print: You must wear a uniform of long black pants, black top and enclosed shoes on each day of training. You must attend all 5 days of training.
