What is Parent Pathways?
The Parent Pathways program is more than just an employment service. It offers individualised support to help parents achieve their personal and professional goals. Every participant is matched with a dedicated mentor, who provides guidance tailored to their specific needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—each journey is unique.
The program focuses on breaking goals into achievable steps, ensuring that parents feel supported every step of the way. Whether it’s gaining new skills, accessing childcare support, or simply having someone to help navigate life’s challenges, Parent Pathways is there to help.

How the Program Helps Parents
