Becky
With over 20 years of experience in the education and training industry Becky is a dedicated and passionate trainer and assessor.
Specializing currently within the VET sector Becky is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their learning and development goals. Over the years Becky has developed extensive expertise in developing as well as creating customized training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs. Becky’s experience spans various sectors including – Youth, Health, Corporate, and Government industries.
At the core Becky’s approach is a commitment to empowering learners through engaging, interactive, and practical training methods as she believes education is a transformative tool that can unlock potential and drive success.

Renae
Renae has over 15 years of experience in Community Services and Disabilities and has been a Trainer/Teacher for 10 years. She is highly passionate about education and training, particularly in the field of Community Services. Renae has extensive expertise in various areas including Disability Respite and Residential facilities, Residential Care facilities for children in Out-of-Home care, Youth Engagement organisations, and Literacy and Numeracy programs. She has also been a foster carer and has recently worked as a Service Manager of a Disability Support company. Renae has also almost completed her Bachelor in Psychological Science.

Justin
Justin has been in been the owner and manager of a variety of hospitality businesses both within and outside Australia for 25 years prior to becoming a business and hospitality trainer. Justin trained as a chef and hospitality professional in Australia prior to moving to Europe to gain experience in hotels and restaurants in France and England. Justin opened his first small business on an idyllic Greek island, Skiathos, and spent seven years operating and expanding the business to include two restaurants and three bars employing hundreds of staff of diverse nationalities. Communication and inclusivity has always been at the forefront of Justins leadership. On his return to Australia, Justin owned and opened large hospitality venues including the development of a unique craft chocolate enterprise and developed social media and online ordering systems to maximise the reach of each business. After fourteen years of continuous operations Justin sold his venues and began his VET training career.

Anastasia
As a trainer and assessor for the SEE program, Anastasia brings a strong educational background and diverse teaching experience to the role. With a Bachelor of Nursing and a Graduate Diploma in Adult Literacy, Numeracy, and Language Practice, Anastasia possess both the academic foundation and specialised skills required to support adult learners. Anastasia has previously worked as a TESOL teacher for eight years, this experience has enabled her to address the unique needs of adult learners, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Currently, as a facilitator of the SEE program in Wagga Wagga, Anastasia is dedicated to providing an environment that fosters learner engagement, confidence, and progress in both literacy and numeracy. Her teaching philosophy is “Learning is a lifelong process, so let’s make it fun.”
Paula
Paula is a dedicated SEE Trainer at VERTO Charlestown, who is committed to empowering adult learners with the foundational skills needed to achieve their employment and educational goals. With extensive experience in adult education and a deep understanding of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF), Paula delivers engaging and practical training tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners from various backgrounds. With a strong background in English language education, literacy, and numeracy training, Paula specialises in helping participants build confidence in communication, digital literacy, workplace skills, and job readiness. Her learner-centred approach fosters an inclusive and supportive learning environment, ensuring that students develop the skills necessary to transition into further study or meaningful employment. Passionate about lifelong learning, Paula has teaching background with over 20 years of experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge and has a keen interest in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
Petra
Petra's career spans 20 years in homelessness, domestic and family violence, mental health and the education sector. She continues to volunteer as a professional mentor for young women leaving out-of-home care. She currently supports students undertaking the Diploma, Certificate IV and Certificate III in Community Services qualification. Prior to working at Verto, Petra managed family violence and human trafficking services for women and children across NSW/ACT. She brings her expertise to the VET industry with a particular interest in child-focused, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented practice. Petra's teaching philosophy is built upon the fundamental belief that knowledge is power. Her person-centred approach emphasises that true learning comes from genuine engagement and connection. She teaches with the understanding that the ability to access and apply knowledge empowers individuals, transforms lives, and ultimately strengthens communities.
