Aimee McMillan crowned VERTO employee of the year

VERTO is proud to announce that Aimee McMillan has been crowned 2024 VERTO Employee of the Year.

This prestigious award recognises Aimee's exceptional contributions to the organisation, particularly her instrumental role in implementing the Workforce Australia contract over the past two years.

Aimee's leadership and dedication have been pivotal in establishing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the Far West and Central West regions. Her efforts in delivering quality solutions for employers and participants have solidified VERTO's reputation as a trusted provided in these regions.

In addition to her work delivering the Workforce Australia contract, Aimee has played a crucial role in the development of multiple pre-employment programs across the region. She has successfully integrated VERTO's Training Services, Workforce Australia, and employers to create programs that ensure positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders alike.

These initiatives have been highly successful, with Aimee also heavily involved in various local jobs programs that support regional and remote communities.
