Prolific V8 SuperUtes driver, Craig Dontas, is gearing up for a massive 2021 season, and this year he’ll have the support of employment and training services provider VERTO when he takes to the Tailem Bend track for round one in May.

VERTO CEO Ron Maxwell said VERTO has a long history of supporting people to achieve their career dreams, and this motorsports partnership aligns with that mission.

“We love seeing people excel in whatever they set out to achieve, and we look forward to seeing Craig accomplish big things on the track this season,” Mr. Maxwell said.

As part of the partnership, VERTO will place two lucky automotive apprentices in Dontas’ team garage during race day events at Sydney in August and at the Bathurst 1000 race meeting in October.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for four VERTO apprentices to not only get up close with some of the fastest drivers in the world, but to get their hands dirty learning from some of the best mechanics in the world,” Mr. Maxwell said.

For Craig and his team, the partnership provides an exciting opportunity to support young apprentices and inspire them to follow their dreams.

“VERTO has been a great supporter of motor racing for eight years now, and we are looking forward to working with VERTO’s apprentices and helping connect them to the trade,” Mr. Dontas said.

“Our team is all about hardworking, respectful values, a philosophy we share with VERTO.

“I can’t wait for the SuperUtes Series to fire up, it’s a completely new format with the all-new V8 Engines. I feel the category will once again make the fans fall in love with V8 utes. It will be competitive, close and a heap of fun,” he said.
