VERTO continues to closely monitor the government's guidelines around COVID-19. We will provide updates on how we will be adapting our service operations as required.
All our decisions are made in line with government and health advice, with the best interests of our clients and employees at the centre of all decision making.
In line with NSW Government advice, significant changes were introduced on 15 December, 2021.
Now when entering a VERTO site:
- Masks are no longer required, regardless of vaccination status
- If you wish to wear a mask, you are encouraged to do so
- QR code check in is no longer required
- Providing vaccination status is no longer required.
NSW Health still strongly encourages all people to get vaccinated, and to wear a face mask where social distancing regulations can’t be followed.

Please do not attend any VERTO site if you are unwell, have been to any exposure sites, have been told to self-isolate by NSW Health, or have another valid reason for not attending face-to-face services, including health conditions that impact you or an immediate family member.
