Barista and Café Skills

In this course, you'll learn the skills and knowledge to work in a café/food outlet. This hands on practical course will give you experience in a commercial setting.

On successful completion of accredited units, you will be issued a Statement of Attendance in:

• SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for safe food handling 
• SITHFAB004 Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages
• SITHFAB005 Prepare and serve espresso coffee

For non-accredited units you will receive a Certificate of Attendance in Cafe Skills.

Delivery Details

Six full day training sessions 9.00am – 5.00pm.

$440 GST Free

This training is subsidised by the New South Wales Government. Please ask us about your eligibility for the ACE Community Service Obligation program funding.

The fine print

You must wear a uniform of long black pants, black top and enclosed shoes on each day of training. You must attend all five days of training.
