The Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) course provides the resources and practical skills required to identify and proactively intervene to support patrons that might be experiencing gambling harm. This course is designed for Responsible Gambling Officers (RGOs) and other senior roles within hotels and clubs that operate gaming machines.
On successful completion, you will receive an ARCG course completion certificate.

The Fine Print
Students must have completed SITHGAM022 Responsible Conduct of Gambling and provide evidence they hold a NSW RCG endorsed competency card.
You do not need to be 18 years or older to complete the course, however, it is the minimum legal age required to use the certification. You must bring photo identification on the day of training.
To add the ARCG endorsement to your physical competency card, visit the competency card self-service portal to manage your competency card online.
