In this course, you will learn the skills and knowledge you need to be eligible for the New South Wales Food Authority Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. This course is also appropriate for re-certification, so if you’ve completed this in the past, now is the perfect time to enrol!
On successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment in:
- SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety
- SITXFSA006 Participate in safe food handling practices
This forms the SITSS00069 Food Safety Supervision Skill Set.

Full day training session 9am to 5pm.

The cost of this course is $235 GST Free (This price includes the NSW Food Authority fee of $30 for issue of the NSW FSS Certificate).
This training is subsidised by the New South Wales Government. Please ask us about your eligibility for the ACE Community Service Obligation program funding.
